SOS Hermann Gmeiner College Bogura is a well renowned
educational institution under Ministry of Education, Secondary and Higher
Secondary Education Directorates, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
(BISE) Rajshahi. It is very successfully run by SOS Bangladesh from 1996 to
till date.
The future citizens of the progressive society will be well
educated, restrained in behavior and sense of life as well as disciplined in
life leading. Besides academic education, we also focus on cultural exercise, sports,
and several co-curricular activities. Our aim is to make a student educated
with philanthropic quality, honest, devoted and patriot citizen.
This college has a large playground and a very beautiful
basketball ground. It has laboratories for practical classes. For enriching technological
skill, there is a well-equipped modern computer lab. Besides, there is a library
enriched with plenty of updated books.
For regular teaching, there are sufficient classrooms. In this campus,
there is literally a gorgeous lawn enriched with well-arranged trees that have
made the campus more eye catching. Above all, there are highly qualified
teachers devoted to make the students true human being with quality education.
I firmly believe that, with the combine efforts of teachers,
students and parents, this college would prepare each of the students as an
honest, empathetic, and ideal citizen.
The journey of enlightening students with true knowledge
necessitates a blended effort of both teachers and parents. The concerned
authority of SOS Hermann Gmeiner College Bogura has successfully made it
happen. Besides, a lot of pioneering
initiatives have been taken so that the learners of the institution can enhance
their eloquence and creative skills through genuinely interesting and appealing
learning experiences.
